Playing with raw hide

Sydney loves to play with her food, as well as her chew toys, beanie baby...just about anything. The most entertaining thing about Sydney is that she can totally amuse herself. She'll throw the food back and forth to herself for quite awhile. It's hilarious! Luckily we caught one of these times on video.

Syd the Ladybug

Halloween! The day of torture for dogs. :) Luckily Sydney really doesn't seem to mind all the cute little outfits we dressed her in. Isn't she a cute little ladybug!

Pillow Talk

Me and my older "brother" Teddy. We like to lay on the pillow and talk.

Hi.

My person-mommy is very sad today. She says that something called the Economy is bad, and because of the economy thing, they are having problems with money. She hugs me a lot lately because she needs to find me a new home. I sure will miss my person-mommy and my brothers & sisters!

Crash

I may be a bit hyper during the day, but when I go to sleep at night, I sleep all the way through the night! I can sleep in the crate with my brother, or in the bed. I don't like sleeping alone though. I've never been alone, and being alone scares me.

Pillow fight

I'm not supposed to lay on the pillow, but I'm so sweet that sometimes I get away with it anyway. I love pillows!

Weird me

My person-mommy always tells me I have lots of personality. I wanted to lick the extra gravy off the plate, but I didn't want to get off the couch. So I compromised!

I like to go to the park. I wasn't so sure about the slide though.

Time for bed

After a long, hard day of playing, wrestling, and playing, I like to curl up under the blankets on my person-mommy's bed. Shh, we're hiding.

Wrestle-mania!

I love to play with my sister and brother! My favorite is to run circles around the bed chasing each other, or wrestling.

Sad puppy face

Maybe if I whine and give an adorable sad puppy dog face my person-mommy will let me out so I can help paint! I bet I would be a big help.

When my person-mommy was painting the walls, we got locked up behind the gate. I couldn't wiggle out of the bottom, but I could fit my head through and watch. (I'm the 2nd one on the right.)

Car ride

I love car rides! I love to look out the window and see all the people and animals we pass.

Sydney & Lancelot

This in Lancelot. He's my cat. We love to play together. He usually wins because he can jump really high where I can't get him.

Introducing Sydney!

Hi.

My name is Sydney. I'm a beautiful, female miniature dachshund. I was born on Halloween in 2008.
I was excited coming to my new home. My person-Mommy had 3 more friends I could play with. Teddy, Tasia, and Lancelot. Teddy and Tasia are dachshunds like me, but Lancelot is a cat. We love chasing each other, and playing hide and seek.
